+ What amenities does rent include?

Your monthly rent at Urban Office includes a private office, high-speed internet and other utilities, housekeeping, coffee bar, access to common areas and meeting rooms, on-site parking, and 24/7 secure access to your office and Urban Office common area.

+ How long are the lease agreements?

Rental agreements start at 12 months, and we are open to shorter lease agreements with an additional premium. Existing Urban Office tenants can upgrade to a larger space within their building or at another Urban Office location during any time during their rental agreement.


+ Is the building accessible 24/7?

Yes, offices and common space are accessible 24/7 for all tenants. All Urban Office locations are secure and accessible through keyed entry.

+ Can I bring my own furniture and decorations?

Yes, all tenants are welcome to decorate their office and make it their own, just as you would any other office. We simply ask that you return the office to its original condition upon moveout. There is no furniture provided for the private office spaces.

+ Can I upgrade to a larger office?

Of course - you can upgrade to a larger office in your current Urban Office location, or another Urban Office location.

+ Can I recieve mail?

Yes, you can send and receive letters and packages at all Urban Office locations.


+ Will my office include a phone line?

No, it is each tenants responsibility to install a phone line. Your office is prewired with a phone outlet.

+ Do you have conference rooms?

Yes, there are several conference rooms at each Urban Office location, as well as common areas that can be utilized for small, casual meetings. Conference rooms are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis.

+ Is parking included?

Yes, each Urban Office property features on-site parking for all tenants and their employees.

+ Is the building pet-friendly?

We only allow service dogs at this time, due to potiential allergies of tenants.
